Advertisement For Bids Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders may submit bids for the project at the historically designated Church of the Good Shepherd for Stabilization and Restoration. Work for this project includes: structural repairs, siding and wood repairs, and repainting. The building is located at Moore and 8th Street, Blue Earth, MN, 56013. Owner will receive lump sum bids until 2:00 pm local time on May 12, 2022. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued. Final date for questions is 2pm on May 9, 2022. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held at the project site, 2:00 p.m. local time on May 5, 2022. prime bidders who plan to submit bids must attend this mandatory meeting.
