Owner will receive lump sum bids until 2:00 pm local time on May 12, 2022. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued. Final date for questions is 2pm on May 9, 2022. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held at the project site, 2:00 p.m. local time on May 5, 2022. prime bidders who plan to submit bids must attend this mandatory meeting.
