Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work involves the removal of the existing asphalt layer, excavating sub grade soils, installing new compacted granular materials, materials and installation of two layer of new asphalt (approximate area of 1730 square meters). The new design incorporates AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) requirements. The work also includes the removal and installation of sidewalk and concrete curbs (60m), Contractor to install two (2) metal bollards and a bike rack. The bike rack and barrier free signposts are supplied by the LCBO.
