Deadline for questions January 27, 2022. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is in an invitation by Queen's University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for general contractor services for the construction of a fieldhouse pavilion at Richardson Stadium, as further described within the RFP document. The deliverables include the addition of a new 2-storey pavilion with the lower storey at field level and the upper storey at road level. The building will accommodate Queen's University's athletics and recreation sporting administrative and operational functions. This building will be 'connected to the east and west concourse via a pathway and a bridge respectively.
