This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the "Board") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Accessibility Review and Paving Repair at Newburgh Public School, Paving and Traffic Control at Selby Public School and Paving at Tamworth Elementary School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). (1) RFQ 22-25A Accessibility Review and Paving Repair at Newburgh Public School: - The project is to improve the accessibility of the existing playground and repair existing cracked asphalt. The project will include some new paving, two new accessible ramp, outdoor classroom, minor regrading, crack ceiling, line painting, and fence work. (2) RFQ 22-25B Paving and Traffic Control at Selby Public School: - The project is to improve the vehicle traffic at the front of the school and provide safer access for students. The exterior yard will also be upgraded, and paving replaced. The project will include new paving, a new accessible ramp, an outdoor classroom, minor regrading, concrete work, and line painting. (3) RFQ 22-25C Paving at Tamworth Elementary School: - The project is to remove excavate and replace the existing paving in the parking lot at Tamworth elementary school.
