Site work and paving for a civil project in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Base Bid consists of a single contract for water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer construction, sanitary and water service installation, street excavation, and asphalt paving. The Contract consists of these units: 8-Inch Sanitary Sewer (911 lineal feet), 8-Inch Water Main (940 lineal feet), and Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement (690 tons). The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Rhinelander within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The City of Rhinelander reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. The Contract consists of these units: 8-Inch Sanitary Sewer 911 lineal feet 8-Inch Water Main 940 lineal feet Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement 690 tons
