Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Contract consists of a single contract including pulverizing of the existing asphalt surface, addition of base course, shaping to produce acceptable drainage and asphalt pavement construction on River Road, from Eagles Bluff Road to Hilstrom Drive in the Town of Pine Lake. This contract consists of the following approximate quantities: Pulverizing 4.83 miles 3/4 -inch CABC Placement 14,200 tons Hot-mix Asphalt Pavement 7,320 tons The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. QUALIFICATIONS: Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Town of Pine Lake within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bidders must be experienced in municipal road construction. RIGHTS RESERVED: The Town of Pine Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
