The deliverable of the analysis is a digital transformation roadmap of follow-on projects. RFP documents and instructions on working with the County are labelled: RFP-2022-006 - RFP document and request. PROC-1: Countys Acquisition Process PROC-2: Instructions for Submitting a Proposal PROC-3: Supplier & County Rights and Obligations CBDP-1: Racial Equity and Targeted Business Enterprise Handbook On the day of the Conference, attendees will need to provide their names, titles, employing organizations, and email addresses on a physical or digital sign-in sheet. Following the Conference, the sign-in sheet will be made publicly available through the RFPs Bonfire Portal. During the Conference, attendees may request clarification of any section of the RFP and may ask any other relevant questions relating to the RFP, regardless of whether they submitted written questions in advance. Please keep in mind that responses provided to questions during the Pre-Proposal Conference are considered drafts and are non-binding. Only the final answers to written questions submitted following the Asking Questions instructions are considered official and binding on Milwaukee County. Remarks and explanations at the Conference do not change or qualify the terms of the solicitation document. This means that the RFP document, Scope of Work, and/or Specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
