Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Durham, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Submit bid proposals to remove the existing oil boiler at the residence located at the Powder Mill State Fish Hatchery and replace it with a high efficiency (>95% AFUE), floor mounted propane boiler and potable, hot water tank (40 gallon). Companies, corporations or trade names, except sole proprietorships must be registered with the Secretary of State (Corporate Division, 603- 271-3244) in order to do business with the State of New Hampshire. Please Note #1: work to be completed ASAP. Note #2: Energy Management Office will be paying for the project (note invoicing section) Failure of the Vendor to make a site visit does not relieve the Vendor of responsibility to fully understand what is necessary to accomplish a successful and complete installation. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, inspections, and all permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. The work shall include but not be limited to the following: o Disconnect, Remove and Disposal of existing boiler, expansion tank, vent piping and decommission oil tank. o Installation of 1-High Efficiency (>95% AFUE), floor mounted propane boiler utilizing ECM circulator pump(s) and air/dirt separators in the original location. o Boiler mounting rack. o Low water cutoff safeties. o Install venting and fresh air piping from boiler to the outside of building. o Install a new potable water storage tank (40 Gallon New Indirect-WaterHeater) o Connect new boiler to all other existing and relevant systems o Reconnect all water piping from new boiler to existing duct work/piping. o Install gas piping from new propane tank location to the new boiler. o Provide electrician to reconnect high and low voltage wiring. o Preform factory start up and programming of system with manufacturing representative and check controls for safe and proper installation. Labor to include: o Acquiring required permit with town of New Durham o Removal of old unit & fees o Required permit fees All invoicing shall be submitted to Don Perrin of State Energy Management Office, NH Department of Administrative Services, 64 South St. Concord NH 03301.
