The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, applicable permits, traffic control and supervision to provide milling and repaving services of the Westbound and Eastbound locations near the DMV Suffolk Motor Carrier Service Center (MCSC) as stated here. All materials shall be produced and tested according to the standards set forth by the Virginia Department of Transportation. All in situ asphalt shall be tested for density according to the VDOT Road and Bridge Standards. The Contractor shall provide and install traffic control to include all labor and equipment. All materials and paving shall adhere to the VDOT Road and Bridge Standards.
