Western Illinois University (WIU) is seeking the services of an Engineering firm (or firms in partnership) to analyze the current HVAC system in Thompson Hall. Currently Thompson Hall, which is a student residence hall on the WIU Macomb Campus, experiences higher temperatures in the student rooms when the outside temperature is roughly 90 degrees and above. The successful firm must have experience with institutional-grade room induction units, and high-pressure air handling systems. Your firm must submit two (2) hard copies of the requested materials, UNBOUND. In addition, submit two (2) USB flash drives, labeled with your firm name, containing all the information included in the hard copy submittals. Potential firms are urged to limit the number of pages in their submission, emphasizing quality of the submission rather than quantity. 1. Cover Letter 2. WIU QBS Requirements (Items 1 and 2) 3.
