Site work for a water / sewer project in Burks Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village is seeking bids to supply and install new docks on the Magnetawan River on their property known as the Government Docks; 170 Ryerson Crescent Road (Hwy 520). The site location is included in Schedule "A". We are seeking complete pricing for a 2022 construction date in two areas. The proponent may bid on one or both components of the scope or work but the permit requirements shall include both components. 1. The supply and install of new docks as detailed in Schedule B. The Village is open to recommendations on the materials and design of the proposed sample: a. Assistance with any permitting that would be required b. Supply, machinery, labour to install new docks and tie into existing 2. Remove/Install new concrete boat launch ramps: a. There are broken ramps at the lower levels of the ramps and in the water to be removed b. Up to four (4) new concrete ramps to be installed; each is 14 ft x 4 ft Documents are available at: https://www.burksfalls.net/townhall/tenders bid value not released for publication. Tender was partially awarded and the docks were awarded to Pipefusion. There was no bidder for the boat launch so they will work with local contractors to complete this
