Renovation of an educational facility in Burks Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Mechanical: Boiler Room: 1. Remove existing heating plant boilers (2x) complete with all piping, oil fuel piping, valves, headers, venting, chimney breeching, drainage piping, pumps, and other accessories. 2. Construct new hot water heating plant including new piping, condensing boilers, headers, primary pumping stations, secondary pump assembles, boilers rack system, chimney/venting system, new upgraded propane gas line distribution, piping insulation and jackets, concrete slabs. 3. Paint entire concreate slab and slab extension after job completion - epoxy paint - "grey", 2 layers - boilers slab and 4' around the slab. 4. Repair existing chimney wall areas after old chimney vent removals. 5. Install combustion air and ventilation air ductwork. 6. Remove oil indoor fuel underground storage tank complete with piping, supports, etc. Drain the tank from oil. 7. Provide propane gas line extension for roof to boiler room. 8. Install boiler control stand alone with remote temperature sensors. 9. Install new propane fuel tank station complete with concrete slab, fencing, instrumentation, etc. 10. Perform any other work required by this contract. Electrical: 1. Disconnect existing power supplies from existing boilers and pumps, remove wires up to electrical panel. 2. Re-wire new boilers and circulating pumps as shown, provide new breakers in the existing electrical panel as required. 3. Wire propane tank heater to the existing electrical panel. Provide grounding system for the metal fence. 4.
