Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid per ORC 153.54. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price per ORC 153.54.
