There are citywide utility sites that require topographic surveying services. Attached are maps (Exhibit A) identifying the locations for the required surveying services. It is anticipated that the required work will cover sixty working days. The objective of this project is to provide horizontal and vertical control, field verification, utility research, utility potholing, and generation of topographic base mapping. All surface features and underground utilities within the project area shall be shown and identified on the base mapping. As part of the City's capital improvement program, there are several water pipeline alignments that require rehabilitation and/or replacement. The consultant services are required to create the utility basemaps. These basemaps will be used to generate construction drawings. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
