Site work for a mixed-use development in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of May 27, 2022 neither a short list nor a final selection has been determined. Project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Tennis court surface replacement to include new drainage, fencing, post tension slabs, netting and color coat systems. Because of the complexity of the building systems, the phasing of the project, the relative cost of the project, and the sensitive nature of the work to be performed in the buildings, it is essential that proven performance be demonstrated by general contractors and first-tier subcontractors in order to become prequalified to bid on this project. All Prequalification Applications shall be completed by the date and time set forth above. Any interested party is solely responsible for ensuring its prequalification application is completed by the deadline set forth above and is fully complete and responsive. The District shall not be responsible for any delays or errors in submission. The District is seeking to prequalify contractors with a A license that intend to bid as a general contractor (prime contractor) directly to the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses to the Prequalification Application and to waive any non-material irregularities in any response received.
