Site work for a mixed-use development in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and elderly care / assisted living facility.
The work of this Project consists of the furnishing and installation of various shade structures located at 1400E Mission Blvd, Pomona, Ca. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to the purchasing and installation of premanufactured shade structures to provide protection from weather within the common eating area, the outdoor usage area, the pet kennel, and the entrance into the laundry facility. Work shall also include modifications to the existing storm drain and electrical systems to accommodate the new shade structures. Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00 Per Calendar Day Online Q & A Deadline is February 15, 2021 by 3:00 PM (PST). The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in the City's Full Notice to Proceed. All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within 120 consecutive working days for all the base bid work
