The University of Northern British Columbia is looking for an experienced contractor to perform on an "as and when requested" basis, civil construction work (Services) including the following categories: Excavation and Infrastructure Excavation and repairs of underground utilities and other linear infrastructure Road and sidewalk sub-base repairs, including demolition, excavation, backfill and compaction Concrete Concrete sidewalks, curbs and stairs construction and repair Concrete restoration work including interior / exterior structures and architectural features Asphalt Asphalt paving and patching for roads and sidewalks including resetting manholes, catch basins and valve stem boxes Underground utilities infrastructure resetting, including manholes, catch basins and valve boxes Work excluded from the Agreement includes: Snow clearing Street sweeping Bulk hauling services Project work over $75,000 in value
