City of Goleta (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop the Goleta Community Center (GCC) Strategic Plan. The consultant is expected to guide the City and selected stakeholders through the strategic planning process. The GCC Strategic Plan will consider needs and priorities of the community, establish a vision for the future of the GCC and set a path forward to achieve specific objectives. Questions or Requests for Clarifications May 9, 2022, by 5 PM Commencement of contract July 20, 2022 Written questions and request for clarifications on this solicitation must be submitted via email to Shannon Kirn at skirn@cityofgoleta.org Performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond (issued by a corporate surety licensed to do business in California), each in an amount equal to one hundred twenty five percent (125%) of such estimated cost and in form satisfactory to City The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
