Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 27, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Contractor is required to provide a construction schedule for the work and abide by the schedule as agreed upon with the Western Technical College Facilities Department. The contractor is required to complete the work on a timely basis; once work starts, full work crews are to be provided daily. If the Contractor fails to complete service of any parking lot on a timely basis, the Contractor shall forfeit payment for the services not performed unless remedied to the satisfaction of Western Technical College. In the event of an emergency or failure by the Contractor to be able to adequately perform services, the Contractor must immediately contact the Facility Operations Manager at Western Technical College. The district reserves the right to reject any bid for due cause or to waive minor irregularities in any bid. All bids must be guaranteed for 60 days after the date of opening.
