Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 27, 2022, project was awarded to Sposeto Engineering, Inc, awarded amount is $317,209.40.** This work includes removing existing concrete and constructing Portland cement concrete (PCC) curb ramps and adjacent curbs, gutters, driveways and sidewalks. The Work shall consist of removing existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk, installing 25 curb ramps with raised truncated domes, and reconstruction of curb, gutter, and sidewalk at 11 intersections as shown on the Plans. Work also includes removal and replacement of existing striping/crosswalks, new striping, sign posts, and pavement markings. Contract Time : The Work shall reach Substantial Completion within forty (40) Working Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The Work shall reach Final Completion within fifty (50) Working Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run. See Document 00050, References and Definitions, for definitions of Substantial Completion and Final Completion. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. City will not conduct a Pre-Bid Conference for this project. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the sites.
