Facilities and Fleet Department intends to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide HVAC and Refrigeration System Repairs throughout the county on an "as needed" basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated or otherwise amended. Total contract value shall not exceed Two-Hundred Thousand dollars ($200,000). The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, consumables, and supplies required to perform the work. The successful bidder must deliver a signed payment bond, performance bond, and all required insurance documents to the Director of Facilities and Fleet for acceptance before Owner will execute the Agreement and issue a Notice to Proceed with the Work. Estimated Amount:$200,000.00. Q & A deadline: Jun 07, 2022 8:00:00 PM EDT. NOTE: This Contract is Self-Performing therefore Subcontracting will not be allowed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
