On behalf of itself and its affiliates, SCCHA is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ ) from firms licensed to provide civil engineering services as described in Attachment 1 , "Scope of Work" of the agreement. The successful Respondent(s) will enter into one or more contracts with SCCHA or its affiliates using the agency's standard contract template (Exhibit C ). The proposed contract term is 5 years. Interested firms should review the minimum qualifications and requirements outlined in the RFQ Instructions and submit a response in the format described in Article 3 (SOQ Format). All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted through BidSync. Similarly, SOQs will only be accepted through BidSync.
