The Francis Howell School District currently has 27 fire alarm systems, 28 burglary systems and 23 elevators situated at 29 different sites that require elevator emergency phone monitoring. Locations of these systems are listed by name and address on the attached information sheet. Please note the three sites that also have stair call boxes. The contract is to be in effect for a three (3) year period. Francis Howell School District reserves the right to cancel this contract with a thirty (30) day written notice if dissatisfied with performance provided. The three (3) year term shall commence immediately on July 1, 2022 and expire on June 30, 2025. Purchases made by the Francis Howell School District are not subject to state or local taxes or federal excise taxes. The official state tax exemption letter shall be furnished upon request. All persons employed by outside vendors/contractors will be required to successfully undergo a criminal records and a clear check of the Child Abuse/Neglect Registry. Such background checks will be performed at the vendors/contractors' expense and will, upon request, be shared with the District. The Francis Howell School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept that bid which appears to be in the best interest of the school district. The district reserves the right to waive any informalities, or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid. Any bid received after the time and date specified above shall not be considered.
