Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 162,262-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Contractor shall perform the Work (the Work) in accordance with these documents and the Contract Signature Page (Exhibit E). Any deviations from this Contract shall be executed via written and agreed change order. Changes to Work and contract price shall be communicated and accepted in writing prior to execution of affected Work. Solicitation - 2022-26 By 2:30 pm, the bids will be available for review at website. Any bid received subsequent to the time specified will be promptly returned to the bidder unopened. Instructions for the pre-bid meeting, specifications and submittal requirements can be found at website. The Public Utility Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The RPU Service Center Renovation is an interior remodel of the existing ceiling tile, light fixtures, carpet in offices, cubicles and conference rooms. No change in use or occupancy.
