**As of June 15, 2022, this project has been awarded to Joseph McCormick Construction Co. and the awarded amount is $970,581.70** These projects are subject to coverage under the Davis-Bacon and related acts. Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie s MBE and WBE Policy. Contract 1 will be financed through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashier s Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
