Phase 2 of the Hennepin County Health Services Building Smoke Control will complete the variable speed drive and motor replacement and control repairs to the central modular air handling units on each floor. Remaining supply and return fan variable speed controllers to be replaced with new variable frequency drive. Remaining supply and return fan motors to be replaced. Remaining air handling unit building automation controllers and pneumatics to be replaced and integrated into existing fire alarm system. Small Business Participation: 8% for Small Minority-Owned Businesses (SMBE) 10% for Small Women-Owned Businesses (SWBE) Workforce: 32% minority workforce 20% female workforce Workforce Entry Program: 331 total hours The Owner's estimated construction cost for the Work is $530,000.00.
