Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
All questions regarding this bid and/or the associated construction project are to be directed, in writing via e-mail, to: Brent Beaudoin Castellaw-Kom Architects 850 Main Street Lewiston, ID 83501 T. 208-746-0183 bbeaudoin@ckarchitects.com The work consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide for the addition of a greenhouse bay to the existing building including a pre-engineered greenhouse structure and glazing system, associated concrete foundation & flatwork, controls system, and all associated mechanical and electrical work. There are five (5) additive alternates including: an additional greenhouse bay, new controls for the entire facility, retrofit of room 106A, replace pre-engineered glazing system for entire existing facility, and provide and install a back-up generator. A bid bond or bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount, including alternates, must accompany the bid proposal. (Refer to Instructions to Bidders.) One-Hundred Twenty (360) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to provide for a new 46'x40' greenhouse structure addition to existing facility. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, new greenhouse structure and components, concrete foundations, and mechanical / electrical work. The project is located at the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho.
