Furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, plant, labor, superintendence and incidentals required for the construction of: City of Woodway 2022 Micro-Surfacing Improvements. Major Items of Work Include Approximately: 70,000 square yards of microsealing of different streets in Woodway, Texas. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the penal sum approximately equal to and not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid, payable without recourse to the Owner. The Security may be in the form of a certified cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company approved to do business in the State of Texas as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a 100 percent performance bond and a 100 percent payment bond and guaranty forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him.
