Renovation of a museum in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The Marshfield Fairgrounds Commission, on behalf of the City of Marshfield, Wisconsin will accept sealed lump sum bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of 79 windows and repairs to wood damage around the windows for Round Barn at the Marshfield Fairgrounds.. The work shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for and incidental to all work required to complete the project. The work shall include all clean-up of exterior and interior areas affected by the project, disposal of window, rotten wood, debris & painting to match existing colors. Contractor shall remove all excess supplies, construction materials, and debris off site at the Contractor's expense. Remove the 79 windows, any rotten wood support frames or other repairs as needed. Replace and repair wood support frames or other wood repairs with new lumber. Provide and install 79 windows with specifications below. Bids will be reviewed and awarded by the Marshfield Fairgrounds Commission at their next scheduled meeting at 2nd Street Community Center. Following approval of the Marshfield Fairground Commission contracts will be awarded. The Marshfield Fairgrounds Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids,waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the Commission. No bids may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the date of the bid opening.
