The Lee County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) desires to obtain services from a skilled and qualified CONTRACTOR to provide removal of vegetation, sediment, and debris within the drainage right of ways and easements at various locations throughout the County. 1.2 The goal of this project is to remove vegetation and sediment within the drainage right of ways and easements to minimize potential for flood impacts during a severe storm event. Lee County's Department of Transportation is seeking a CONTRACTOR to remove and dispose of vegetation and sediment Exhibit 1. Access to the work areas is dependent on means and methods and as such no pay item is specifically provided. The proposed work limits are within the complete right of way (ROW) or easement of the canals shown.
