Scope of Work 1. Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, user materials, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein. 2. The services shall be performed in District 4 at the following locations within the Counties of Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Francisco: A. Caltrans South Bay Region Office and Maintenance area (Santa Clary County) located at: 1) 500 Queens Lane, San Jose, CA 95122 2) 6010 Monterey Rd, San Jose, CA 95138 3) 115 Dempsey Rd, Milpitas, CA 95035 4) 10130 Bubb Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014 B. Caltrans West Bay Region Office and Maintenance area (San Mateo and San Francisco County) located at: 1) 380 Foster City Blvd, Foster City, CA 94404 2) 5055 Farmhill Blvd, Woodside, CA 94062 3) 2501 East Bayshore Rd, Redwood City, CA 94063 4) 2203 South Cabrillo Hwy, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019 5) 110 Rickard St, San Francisco, CA 94134 As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the State's 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB) are encouraged to submit bids. See Section D, Special Programs, Item 1, in this IFB for requirements. The DVBE Participation Program applies and a three percent (3%) goal is required for this IFB. The DVBE Incentive Program may also apply to this IFB.
