Site work for a mixed-use development in Clifton Springs, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Site preparation, maintenance and protection of traffic installation of temporary watermain, installation of new ductile iron watermain and valves, disinfection, connection to existing watermain, installation of services, connection of water services to new watermain and existing services, and all associated restoration (asphalt, sidewalk, curb, lawn restoration, etc). All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening, but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids Contract Documents are available in the following format: Electronic (pdf) files for a non-refundable payment of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) (check only payable to the Village of Clifton Springs). Printed copies upon payment of a deposit of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) per set (check only payable to the Village of Clifton Springs). Any Bidder requiring the plans be sent via mail, shall be responsible to provide a separate check of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) to cover the nonrefundable cost of postage and handling (payable to HUNT). Any bidder, submitting a sealed bid, upon returning the drawings and specifications to DATAFLOW within 30 days and in good condition, will be refunded the $75.00 deposit. Any Non-Bidder will not be refunded such deposit.
