Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

This project includes site improvements for a proposed Public Works salt shed and pole barn structure to be constructed under another contract. The scope of work includes excavation and grading, construction of gravel base courses, and asphalt paving. Construction of the pole barn foundation, site lighting and landscaping are offered as Bid Alternates. With Add Alternates: $359,300.00 The Work includes the following: 1. Excavation to establish subgrade for construction of gravel base courses or base material for building foundations. 2. Placement and compaction of aggregate courses to include crushed concrete, bank run gravel, and crushed gravel. 3. Construction of a PVC drain basin and DI drain pipe. 4. Construction of cast-in-place light pole bases or bollards. 5. Construction of a cast-in-place foundation for a pole barn style storage building. 6. Preparation and construction of asphalt pavement base and wear courses. 7. Landscape grading, and other incidentals included in the plans and details. C. Coordinate Work with construction of the salt shed foundation and canopy. After rough grading of base gravels and preparation of the foundation pad, accommodate the City's building contractor in assembly of the concrete block salt shed foundation. Following completion of the foundation, complete final grading and paving in coordination with the canopy construction. D. Coordinate construction of the pole ban foundation with final building design plans.
