This facility will be a combination of Pre-engineered Metal Building and 3 story structural steel structure with elevated concrete decks. The project will have the following; Sitework: Grading, paving, sidewalks, stained concrete, Landscaping, chain link fencing and gates, site lighting, dumpster pad, bollards, concrete paving, water lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm sewer lines Building: Concrete foundations, structural steel, steel stairs, Steel railings, Casework, caulking, TPO roofing, Insulation, aluminum composite panels, Curtain Wall, Storefront, doors, frames, hardware, OH doors, light gauge framing, drywall, polished concrete flooring, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, painting, toilet and bath accessories, toilet partitions, fire extinguishers and cabinets, PEMB (including standing seam metal roofing, aluminum siding panels, interior liner panels, insulation), Fire Sprinkler system, Plumbing, Mechanical/HVAC and Electrical. This a CMAR project for DELCO requiring all subcontractors to be prequalified.
