Removal and replacement of the existing roofing and tapered Insulation with new fleeceback mechanically fastened EPDM Roofing and tapered insulation system for the fire districtheadquarters building located at 56 West Centennial Avenue, Roosevelt, N.Y. 11575 Bids are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and is to be marked "Roof Replacement Bid" The project work consists of five separate contracts as noted below: CONTRACT 1 - ROOF REPLACEMENT Addressed to Kaleisha Smith, Secretary, Roosevelt Fire District, P.O. Box 501 Roosevelt N.Y. 11575. Should there be any questions, please call 516-771-3370, ext. 222 1. Each bidder is required to show proof of all insurances,bonding, certificates and statements specified in bid documents. Attention of bidders is specifically directed to theSchedule of Prevailing Wages in the project manual to be paid under this contract; the Fire District's intent is to commence construction by June 2, 2022 and to complete construction by June 30, 2022; as well as to other provisions specified with bid documents The Roosevelt Fire District reserves the right to rejectany and all bids in part or whole and to waive any informality and to accept the bid which is deemed most favorable to the interests of the Roosevelt Fire District.
