The work of this contract generally consists of the removal and proper disposal of residuals produced at the Dilla Street Water Treatment Plant in the Town of Milford, Massachusetts. The work includes removal and proper disposal of the residuals once a year for three consecutive years, beginning in fiscal year 2022. All work shall be completed between May 1 and June 30 each year. Work shall be fully complete within three years. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the M.G.L. c. 149, 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
