A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. Successful Bidder shall provide all submittals requested in this section within ten (10) business days. If Successful Bidder does not provide the submittals on or before the tenth business day, or fails to keep the bonds or insurance policies in effect or allows them to lapse, Successful Bidder will pay to COUNTY the amount of $1,500.00 per day as liquidated damages.
