The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure the services of a water resources engineering consultant to assist in various drainage and storm sewer permitting and design services as needed throughout the county. The intent of this RFP is to enter into an auto-renew contract with the selected consultant to provide on-call technical services to Washington County Public Works staff as requested. It is anticipated that contracts per the RFP will be renewed annually, starting on June 1, 2022, with the solicitation process occurring approximately every three (3) years. All questions regarding this RFP must be sent via electronic mail to the following contact: Eden Rogers, Project Manager eden.rogers@co.washington.mn.us Only written questions will receive responses. Washington County reserves the right to disregard questions received after 4 p.m. on May 10, 2022. If a question pertains to a clarification of this RFP, the question and answer will be forwarded to all Consultants who expressed interest in submitting a proposal. A copy of all written questions submitted, with responses, will be distributed to interested Consultants no later than 4 p.m. on May 13, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
