Manor ISD is soliciting competitive quotes in order to refresh and upgrade the current Audio, Video and Theatrical Lighting Technologies located at the Manor ISD Performing Arts Center located at 12700 Gregg Manor Road, Manor, TX 78653 in order to modernize the existing 20 year old original equipment. This district is looking to improve the existing Performing Arts Center space in order to have the capacity to host a full scale musical or theatrical production with up to 20-30 cast members or band and choir concerts with up to 100 plus student performers. The project scope will include removing the existing audio and theatrical lighting systems and installing new Wireless Microphone Systems, Speaker Systems, Audio Control System, Wireless Communication System, Theatrical Lighting, High Voltage Dimmer & Lighting Control. AUDIO CONTROL SYSTEM - 1) One (1) 96kHz FPGA processing, 64 Input Channels, 24 Faders / 6 Layers, 42 Mix busses, Full HD capacitive touchscreen Digital Mixer. Current board will be removed and handed to client. 2) One (1) 96kHz 48 input and 16 output channel audio digital expander stage box with dLive will be provided at the FOH booth to connect to connect all audio lines to the provided digital board. 3) One (1) 128 x 128 96kHz digital audio network card (gigaACE) will be provided and installed in mixing console. 4) Two (2) mixer amplifiers will be provided to replace the existing mixer amplifiers in the stage managers equipment rack. WIRELESS MIC SYSTEM - All wireless mic receivers will be provided in the existing equipment rack at FOH. 1) Twenty-Four (24) wireless body pack systems with over the ear microphones 2) Eight (8) handheld wireless vocal microphones systems 3) Four (4) handheld wireless vocal microphone and Body pack combination systems 4) An upgraded antenna distribution system shall be provided to coordinate all provided wireless frequencies for guaranteed performance. SPEAKER SYSTEM - 1) Two (2) line arrays, populated with (5) cabinets of dual 8" speakers and one 15" subwoofer per array, will be hung left and right at the front of the stage to provide appropriate coverage of the entire seating area. 2) Four (4) front fill speakers will be provided at the front of the stage to provide audio for the front of the audience for even coverage. 3) Four (4) powered monitor stage wedges will be provided. LIGHTING THEATRICAL LIGHTING - All existing incandescent theatrical lighting fixtures over the stage will be removed and replaced with new LED fixtures solutions to create 9 lighting zones. The combination of existing and newly provided LED ellipsoidal lighting fixtures will be provided to populate the side stage, juliet and manned spotlight positions of the room. A 3D model of the space and a recommended lighting plot has been created for reference of coverage and calculation of the quantities and types of fixtures needed.
