Most of the work will be carried out in sector B (installation of pantographs for recharging electric buses on the roof of the building and installation of temporary maintenance bays for vehicles). Sector B is currently used as a parking garage for vehicles when not in use. Work will also be carried out in the R sector (installation of the charger and CCS-type charging sockets and electrical wall outlet for the use of a mobile charger). Sector R is currently used for equipment storage and vehicle maintenance. Interventions are also planned outside these areas, in particular for the electrical connection of the various components to the building's existing installations. Charging equipment for the electric buses has been acquired by the PRINCIPAL. The project includes the installation and connection of the various components of this system, according to the indications and supervision of the system manufacturer. The overall value of this equipment is approximately ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1M) and must be taken into account in the CONTRACTING PARTYS insurance, as indicated in the insurance clauses of this call for tenders. The plans and specifications, attached in the appendix, present the details for carrying out the project. It is the responsibility of the TENDERER to familiarize themselves with the premises and to provide all the materials, tools, equipment and labor in order to deliver complete, functional and quality installations in accordance with the rules of the art.
