The University of Wisconsin-Madison is requesting bids for the purchase of Foodservice Equipment Repair Parts. If you have any questions, they MUST be directed to: Dave Brinkmeier UW-Madison Purchasing Services david.brinkmeier@wisc.edu 608/262-1323 Bid prices and terms shall be firm for sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening, unless otherwise specified in the Request for Bid by UW-Madison Purchasing Services. Results will be e-mailed to all responding bidders as soon as possible after the time and date of the stated bid opening. Bidders can make arrangements to review the bid file at a later date. For the period 05/09/2022 through 08/31/24 and will be automatically renewed for two (2) additional one-year terms.MDS reserves the right to charge Contractor reasonable material handling fees for any deliveries they make for the Contractor.
