Renovation of a medical facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
In general, the work consists of Installation of ductless mini-spit air conditioning systems and a energy40 recovery systems that provide code required ventilation air for Buildings One and Four. Electrical41 system is being upgraded with two new 200 amp breakers at existing switchgear to feed new Building42 One and Four 200 amp 208/120 3 phase panel. New panels will support addition of new Mechanical43 equipement and existing building electrical panels. Buildings One & Four have approximately 5,30044 square feet of occupiable space that wil be used as offices, with an attic and a crawl space below.
