The University of Wisconsin-madison Is Requesting Bids for the Purchase of Rooter Services for Uw Madison. Written questions due 04/21/2022. If you have any questions, they MUST be directed to Brad Bauman at brad.bauman@wisc.edu. The University has many needs for Rooter and Pumping type services across campus and outlying Research Facilities. The scopes of work may include (but not limited to) grease trap rooter and pumping, septic tank pumping, sanitary pit pumping, lift station pumping, manure lagoon pumping, vacuum truck services, video inspection of sewer lines, sewer tracing dyes, water jet services, underground line locating and marking, and proper disposal of all removed wastes. The itemized bid list is a small sampling of the many complex operations that are required on campus. The University intends to use the itemized bid list to establish the contract and services will be added on as as-needed basis per the terms of this contract's Section 5.5. Additional Items/Services. The initial term of this contract shall be date of award through December 31, 2024. This contract will be automatically renewed for two (2) additional one-year terms, unless Purchasing is notified, in writing, by the Contractor; or notifies the Contractor, in writing, ninety (90) calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal as deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Wisconsin.
