Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Faison, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The general construction consists of the following items but is not limited to: 1. Demolition of existing underdrain and air scour system(s) in existing pressure filters. 2. Pouring concrete bottom in pressure filters. 3. New underdrain system within each of the four (4) existing pressure filters. 4. New air scour and backwash system in each of the filters. 5. Installation and disinfection of new filter media, as described in the specifications. 6. Install one (1) new backwash blow-off assembly, as shown on the contract drawings.
