The Works include the supply of related goods and services, all as more fully described in the plans and specifications. Unless otherwise decided by the PARTIES in accordance with the Contract, the Works must be performed according to the following Schedule: Date of receipt of shop drawings for approval: as soon as possible to reduce manufacturing and delivery times; Start of start of the Works: from 2022-06-20 Date of receipt of the Works with reservations: no later than 2022-11-15 Date of receipt of the Works without reservations: no later than 2022-12-01 Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
