The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing (via email) to the following individual: Stephanie S Seeber stephanie.seeber@raleighnc.gov Questions submitted via telephone will not be answered. Questions concerning this RFQ will be received until shown below in Section 1.3 RFQ Timeline, at which time no future questions will be accepted. A summary of all questions and answers may be issued in the form of an addendum. Any comments or questions that arise concerning any requirement that is unclear or objectionable must be submitted electronically Engineering Services Department invites professional firms to express interest in providing construction related cost estimating as needed under a Master Services agreement for Capital Improvement Projects. Services will be for an aggregate limited scope up to $150,000.00 Deadline for written questions May 26, 2022 by 4:00 pm EST City Response to Questions (anticipated) June 01, 2022 Evaluation Meeting (anticipated) 2 weeks following submittal due date Requests for clarification and questions to this RFQ must be received by the City not later than the date shown above in Section 1.3 RFQ Timeline, for the submittal of written inquires. The firms failure to request clarification and submit questions by the date in the RFQ Timeline above shall be considered to constitute the firms acceptance of all Citys terms and conditions and requirements. The City shall issue addenda reflecting questions and answers to this RFQ, if any, and shall be posted to North Carolina Interactive Purchasing System (IPS). No information, instruction or advice provided orally or informally by any City personnel, whether made in response to a question or otherwise in connection with this RFQ, shall be considered authoritative or binding. Respondents shall be entitled to rely only on written material contained in an Addendum to this RFQ.
