Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to award an Agency Contract with a Vendor(s) to furnish, deliver and install (2) Exhaust Dampers at the State Crime Lab located at 121 East Tryon Road, Raleigh, NC 27603.Removal of existing equipment is included in the scope of work and all materials needed to complete the Project. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. Submit Written Questions Vendor March 4, 2022 @ 2:00 PM Provide Response to Questions State March 7, 2022 Provide (2) stainless steel new Dampers o Remove ceiling grid. Cut off exhaust fan and disconnect damper flanges from exhaust duct work. o Cut existing duct to remove dampers. o Remove ceiling grid and tiles to remove each damper o Remove existing dampers from exhaust duct. o Install new damper into exhaust duct work. Seal duct work. o Cut on fans and check for proper function. o Clean up all trash from project. Use of State Dumpsters in not allowed
