Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Genelle, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project involves all works associated with the re-roofing of a day-use / cross country ski cabin in Champion Lakes Provincial Park. The existing cedar shake roof needs to be replaced. During assessment contractors noted rotten timber ends and relatively large projections in the wood roof decking. As such, all of the cedar shakes and underlay are to be removed and replaced with a new sheet metal roof. The rotten deck ends are to be trimmed/removed, replaced/reframed, and new plywood decking installed. This works necessary for the Champion Lakes Cabin Roof Repairs project include : The supply and erection of safety fencing The removal and disposal of all existing cedar shakes and underlay Supply and installation of additional plywood roof decking and framing The supply and installation of new metal roof system and flashing Site clean up Cancelled, No bids received.
