BC Transit is looking for a qualified construction manager to provide construction work and services (the "Work") required by the Contract Documents at the Trail Operations and Maintenance facility located at 1175 Lower China Creek Rd, Genelle, BC. The current O&M facility is located in Trail, BC with the lease ending June 30, 2026. The new facility will be located at 1175 Lower China Creek Rd, Genelle, BC (the "Facility"). BC Transit must move its operations to the recently purchased Facility before the end of the current lease. This Project is a major infrastructure initiative to construct upgrades that optimize operational efficiencies at the Trail Operations and Maintenance facility. The Project will enable BC Transit to continue transit operations and meet the short and long-term needs of the transit system in KOB (Kootenay Boundary) and surrounding region.
